COME AND MEET EACH OTHER

This is the group at St Saviour's that welcomes any who have retired from paid employment even if life is even busier as a volunteer.

There are two main reasons for CAMEO:

  • Opportunities to meet together at a variety of social occasions
  • Showing Christian care for each other as circumstances arise

Events include a regular ramble - up to 4 miles - on the first Monday of each month finishing with an optioional pub lunch.  At the beginning of each term, this lunch is at St Saviour's, so those who don't fancy the ramble can join.

Cameo: Coffee and Cake is our monthly morning get-together.  It is on the third Wednesday of each month.  Its a great opportunity to chat, have a coffee, catch up with friends and bring along others.

From time to time there are whole day events.  These have included trips out to Portsmouth, Emsworth, Chichester, Brighton and a summer garden party.  We have also had a Quiet Day at St Columba's, Woking.
