Graham Shaw
Rector
Graham grew up in Godalming and is enjoying being back in the area after being away for a number of years. He is passionate about preaching, raising up leaders in the next generation and helping churches fulfil their God given potential. Graham enjoys visiting new cultures, training for triathlons and going on adventures with his wife (Anna) and their three children.

Lucy Webb
Associate Minister
Lucy is keen to make St. Saviour’s as welcoming a church as possible and is particularly enthusiastic about connecting with younger generations and those outside the church. She is responsible for our POD groups, as well as leading and preaching at our services, and generally making sure things are running smoothly! When she’s not at work, Lucy enjoys running, country walks, drinking tea and watching Netflix!

Kath Garner
Associate Minister for Students and Young Adults
Kath is one of our Associate Ministers and oversees the student and young adult ministry here at St Saviour’s. She is passionate about seeing people get to know Jesus, grow in their faith, and step out into all God has in store for them. She is particularly enthusiastic about social justice and how we know, support, and work alongside the most vulnerable in our communities. Outside of the church, Kath enjoys playing sport, going to the theatre, getting outdoors, and catching up with friends over good food!

Norman Patterson
Licensed Lay Minister & Staff Chaplain
Norman is an LLM, is our staff chaplain and is involved primarily at the 9am service. He formerly worked with CMS in East Africa with his wife, Kate and their family. He loves cooking and BBQing but says he isn’t great at clearing up the mess afterwards!
Norman loves hiking with family and friends, makes hiking sticks, and adores gardening even with limited knowledge.

Peter Levell
Non-Stipendiary Minister
Peter was ordained as a Non-Stipendiary Minister (NSM) in 2002, after a career teaching classics, then 24 years in educational management, and after that running a national Christian Charity, Prospects for People with Learning Disabilities (recently amalgamated with Livability). He leads and preaches, especially at the 9am services, and takes weddings and funerals. He and his wife Pam (married for 55 years!) have wide experience of pastoral care.
Peter is also a Spiritual Director for the Diocese, supporting a number of people in ministry. Since March 2017 he has been Honorary Chaplain at the Loseley Christian Help Centre for people with cancer and Parkinson’s Disease, and their carers. These groups meet on the first three Tuesdays of each month for Holy Communion, prayer, worship, a talk, and time for sharing and mutual support.
Peter likes travel (especially to classical sites), opera, music and the arts, and is an expert on vintage London buses!

Jens Mankel
Non-Stipendiary Minister
Jens is married to Coralie and they have six children called Julian, Finola, Eliana, Jowan, Judson and Jaden. Before arriving in England in 2013, Jens and Coralie were leading a church in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Jens loves anything to do with mission, campfires, woodwork and reading and of course hanging out with his family and friends.
Paul Fenner
Self Supporting Minister
Paul stumbled through life untroubled by matters of faith, until starting a local business supplying the wine trade. Feeling there had to be more to life, but not knowing what, he wandered into St. Saviour’s one evening and the rest, as they say, is history. Still working entrepreneurially in the wine business, he is enthusiastic about family life, offshore sailing, the spirituality of wine, proclaiming the word of God and watching excitedly for signs of God’s new creation.

Director of Children, Youth & Families Ministry
Annabelle loves being involved with family life at St Saviour’s. She is responsible for overseeing the children, youth, and additional needs departments. She is passionate about parenting and runs regular courses for families. Annabelle is married to Graham and has 4 daughters. Outside of church Annabelle loves seeing her friends and spending time with the family. She also enjoys a good coffee and you may see her hanging out in Cafe Nero.

Additional Needs Pastor
Joanne is the Additional Needs Pastor, and believes everyone should have the opportunity to reach their God given potential, being part of a loving, accepting and compassionate community. Joanne has lived in the Guildford area all her life. She is married with 2 grown up children and a dog. She enjoys family life, coffee with friends, dog walks, sewing and crochet.

Nicky works alongside our Operations and Finance teams as a part time administrator, and is passionate about providing a warm welcome to our church and enabling the team to support the community. Jacob Taylor
Production Co-Ordinator
Jacob is passionate about evangelism. He loves to find ways to use production to enhance worship experiences, help enable people to meet with Christ and make church accessible to Christians both new and longstanding. He is responsible for working with the musicians and tech teams to enhance the worship experience both online and in person. When he is not at church you will either find him at a music venue or in a coffee shop.

Michael Ellis
Caretaker
Michael serves and works at St Saviour’s as our faithful caretaker. He is responsible for keeping our buildings tidy and ready for use by our many events, including setting up furniture and display equipment for meetings and courses as well as our Sunday services. He can often be seen greeting the many hundreds of people who come through our doors each week. Outside of work, Michael is a keen fisherman and also takes an interest in Royal Navy history. He enjoys walking around Surrey and visiting Portsmouth. He will also take great delight in telling you how long left until Christmas, no matter what time of year!
