Joint Prayer & Worship Evening (w/ Emmaus Rd)
Tuesday 10th November // Doors open 7.45pm
St Saviour’s and Emmaus Rd are hosting together a night of Worship and Prayer here at St Saviour’s church. Our vision is one of unity together lifting Guildford up in prayer. We believe that the flourishing of each church and unity between us is so important to each playing our part to transform Guildford with Jesus’ hope and light. We’d love for you to come and join us.
ABIDE // Prayer & Worship Evening
Next one Spring 2027
In John 14 v 4-5 we read Jesus saying to his disciples, ‘Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.’
ABIDE // Prayer and Worship Evenings will be a chance to simply spend time abiding in the Lord’s presence together, as we bring before him our church, Guildford and our own lives. These evenings will hold a variety of different styles of prayer and worship, from the contemplative to the charismatic. There will be spaces to get creative too with art materials etc.
